What is this new “membership” and what’s included in it?

Please see our “Join” page describing why we have a membership, what it includes and how to join.

Is the subscription reoccurring or do I have to join and provide my payment information each month/year?

Yes, all monthly and yearly subscriptions are automatically reoccurring. Which means your credit card on file will automatically be charged each month or year, so please take notice when it is out of date/expired.

I sent a check in the mail for $200 back in July, can this be applied to the yearly membership?

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer any donation that was given by a check or cash (this includes any venmo, zelle, paypal and other electronic payment accounts) at this time. Our membership portal is completely automated and there is no way for us to customize any orders at this time. 

I sent a $100 donation amount in a check last month, can I use that and apply it to a membership?

Same answer as above, unfortunately our online system is completely automated and we cannot customize a transaction at this time that would allow us to partial pay for the membership amount with half the amount and then pay the rest with a credit card (for example).

I see “Sign In” on the far right, is this where I go to access my Membership Account?

Correct. If you come to csbibleinsights.com and you see “Sign In” on the far right of the navigational menu, please click that link to be prompted to sign in with your email address and your password. After you sign in, the website should take you straight to the Member Area Homepage and also say “My Account” on the top right of the navigational menu.

I signed up, but now I see “My Account” and not sure where my membership is located?

No problem, if you can see “My Account” on the far right side of the menu, that means you are logged into our website, and you can go click that link. A menu should slide out from the right side and show you the “Member Area” where you can go to “Home,” “Recorded Calls,” or the “Grace” talk.

Do I have to pay for listening to Kathy’s Live Conference Calls each week?

Yes. As of February 2022, we have transitioned away from Live Conference Calls to Recorded Calls located in our membership subscription. The calls are now located as part of the membership that is uploaded each week based on the subject of the Christian Science Weekly Bible Lessons. The Handouts for each week are still free as well as a weekly blog post.

Are there any other times besides Tuesdays to listen for free to Kathy?

Not at this time. We are offering the membership with 30 day access to weekly recordings in place of a full schedule of live conference calls each week.
